About Us

Aloha and welcome to Artisan Ice Cream!

We craft fresh ice cream in small batches every day. Our dairy scoops use organic milk and cream, organic cane sugar and organic egg yolks. We’ve also developed our very own dairy and soy free vegan ice cream made with coconut cream and coconut milk and other non dairy milks depending on the flavor. Both give a rich, decadent, naturally perfect ice cream.

Whether it’s homemade lilikoi butter or banana macadamia nut brittle, our entire menu is handcrafted in house. We never use artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

Artisan Ice Cream is a family business, so what better spot to open shop than right next door to our family’s restaurant, Cafe Des Amis, which opened its doors to Paia way back in 1999.

We also partner with Sustainable Island Products to ensure we only ever serve our ice cream with compostable cups and spoons made from renewable plant-based resources.

We’re hoping to create a company that’s fun to support, work for, and partner with. But really we just hope you love our ice cream!
